"Two Voices" is a memoir by Janice Flood Nichols on a specific event, the change in life. In the fall of 1953 at the age of six years, lost his twin brother polio. Janice contracted polio as well. She survived and won a temporary paralysis. He went to a rehabilitation consultant. While her experiences as a young man shaped his life, he never thought that fifty years later, he wrote about l 'Experience.

Most people today have a living memory, or at least heard of polio. But to the surprise of everyone, that has not kept with the investigation of polio, including Janice Flood Nichols, polio is still an epidemic in third world countries. Although vaccines are available throughout the world and eradication is possible, funding and training necessary to accomplish this. Knowing firsthand the ravages of polio, Janice was forced to bring his story in an effort to say,to participate, to eradicate this deadly disease.

"Two Voices" is structured in a unique way. Janice asked the staff, friends and family of her voice, to give the story. Each chapter is one of many characters, including those that are no longer alive, as his twin brother Frankie and their parents. Other characters are the doctor who signed the death certificate of Frank's childhood friends, aunts and cousins. Not only the voices tell the personal side of history, history and facts about polio. The combination is a balanced book.

I welcome Janice to write this book. Obviously it was not easy. But he was able to give a view on the issue that not many people can. Janice known as a polio victim and a survivor's pension. When Frankie died, he died some of Janice. But on the other hand, if Janice is survived survived some of Frankie, and this book is proof of this. "Two Voices" is muchAbout polio. This is the unique quality of Janice twindom who writes so eloquently. Being myself a twin, which is a part of this book fascinated me. The fact that polio has been ported to a bonus.

I recommend "Two Voices" Who wants to read a book well documented and personal aspect of playing the epidemic of polio.
